40+ Galaxy Buds Plus Error Background. I brought my galaxy buds to a samsung service center. I tried out the galaxy buds and my phone cannot seem to detect the left bud.
The galaxy buds+ will be among the products that samsung launches at its unpacked event next month.
They used to work fine a month ago. I updated windows to 2004 version and then i was able to pair the buds, but the samsung app still cannot connect navigating to the registry as admin for this device displays an 'access denied' error. One comment points out that the buds must be disconnected from any other device they are paired with, before trying to pair them with a new device. Then when i go to bluetooth, it also cannot find the buds.
