So i've had 3 separate pairs of new galaxy buds plus all with the same problem. The samsung galaxy buds plus may be nearly indistinguishable from last year's model; Battery was low, but i couldn't charge them so i just continued using until left bud died, then went to right hurray for that unfortunately the problem just happen to mine and i'm out of warranty.
On the upside, the microphone does a surprisingly alright job of isolating your voice from background noise.
However, don't let that fool you: To understand what this feature does, we need to take a step back and understand how the buds+. The galaxy buds are truly wireless earphones and are direct competitors to. Took an hour to deal with all this with samsung but hopefully will have a new pair soon.
