The mic volume is really low, and on video calls, no one can hear me. Anc on the galaxy buds live is designed to filter out ambient noises like fans or acs but doesn't filter out important audio like speech or announcements. @samsungmobilein @samsung_in after recent update on my new galaxy buds there is an issue with sound.

Seems after the second use now my right ear on my galaxy buds is much lower in volume than my left. The galaxy buds live can't. The galaxy buds live buds have a lot to live up to given the hardshell design. Default controls are similar to the samsung galaxy.
